DevonWebs offers a 99.9% uptime SLA for our hosting environments, including Direct Admin Hosting, Semi-Dedicated Hosting, and Cloud Servers. We will use our reasonable endeavours to make the Website available 24 hours a day.
2. Maintenance & Interruptions
- From time to time, we may carry out maintenance or repairs to the Website, or update the Website with new functionality.
- Due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that the Website will always be available or that your access to the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
- We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
3. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not have any liability if the Website is unavailable for any period or at any time.
